Scheduling
A public booking page per seller, synced with the calendar you already use.
Each seller has a booking page: a public link where the visitor picks a time without creating an account. The form asks name and e-mail, and works even without JavaScript. The slots come from weekly windows you define, shown in the timezone of the page. Two bookings on the same slot are refused by the database itself: a time that was just taken answers with a clear error, never with a double booking.
- Duration: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes per meeting.
- Buffer: breathing room between meetings, applied around your busy blocks too.
- Minimum notice: how close to now someone can still book. Four hours by default.
- Horizon: how far ahead the page offers slots. Fourteen days by default, up to sixty.
Your calendar, connected
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. The connection is yours, per seller, and the credential is stored encrypted. Busy blocks from every calendar you connected are subtracted from the offered slots. A new booking lands in your calendar as an event with the guest as attendee, and cancelling removes it. If the provider is unreachable, the page keeps working from your windows alone: a calendar outage never blocks a booking.
Every booking is a lead
A booking always creates a lead in your workspace, or matches the existing one by e-mail. If the sales agent was in cadence with that lead, the cadence stops on the spot: a booked meeting outranks any follow-up, and the lead owner is notified. After the meeting the seller closes the loop, marking it as done or as a no-show.
Confirmations and reminders
The guest receives a confirmation in the name of your company, with the calendar invite attached and replies going to the seller, plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting. The confirmation carries a self-contained link where the guest cancels without an account. To move a meeting, the guest cancels and picks a new time on the same page. Cancelling frees the slot and updates the guest calendar too.
