Leads and triage
Every lead arrives scored, assigned and explained.
A lead reaches your workspace from the capture form, from the site chat or from a booking, and is triaged on arrival. It gets a score, an owner and a first-reply draft ready to edit. The rules are transparent on purpose: every point comes from a legible signal recorded on the lead, such as a corporate address, buying-intent words in the message, or a verified e-mail. The score can be recomputed by hand from what is written there. The step is deterministic: a rule answers the same every day and invents nothing.
- hot: 60 points or more. The clearest buying signals, first in line for your attention.
- warm: 30 points or more. Worth the conversation, without urgency.
- cold: below 30. Stays visible and reachable. Nothing is discarded for you.
Who takes the lead
The owner is assigned by balance: the member with the fewest open leads takes the next one. A lead that already has an owner keeps it. Triage never reassigns.
Converting
Converting is one action: the lead becomes a contact and a deal in the funnel. A contact with the same e-mail is reused, so converting never duplicates people. The lead stays where it is, carrying the conversion trail, and converting the same lead twice is refused.
