Proposals

Build, version, send and get a decision without leaving the deal.

A proposal belongs to a deal. It has line items with quantity, unit price and discount. Every total is computed in decimal, never in floating point: the cents on the screen are the cents on the contract. The currency is always explicit.

Life cycle

  1. 1 Draft: the only state where the proposal can be edited.
  2. 2 Sent: delivered by Qsendyx, with a public link for the client.
  3. 3 Accepted or declined: the client decides on the public link, and the decision is recorded with date and network address.
  4. 4 Signing: when you request a signature, the envelope is created in Qsignyx and comes back through a webhook.

The signature that comes back is the funnel movement itself, not a notice for someone to move the deal later. The proposal is marked, the deal lands on your won stage, and the history records what happened: the person who closed it was the client.

The client opens the link and decides right there, with no account to create. The link carries its own token, expires on a date you control, and reaches the proposal, the PDF and the decision. Nothing else in your workspace.

Your brand on the document

The PDF leaves with your identity. Your logo in the header (PNG or JPEG up to 512 KB; without one, the Qnexyx symbol appears), your accent color on the header line and the total, and a footer note on every page for registration number, site or phone. The numbering is yours too: prefix, digits and an optional year, which restarts the sequence every January. Set the next number and you continue from where the previous tool stopped. Changing the template is admin work, and it changes the next proposals, never the ones already sent.

Item types

Every line item has a type: service, product, subscription, hour or expense. The five come with every plan and are translated on screen. The Enterprise plan adds labels of your own, up to twenty, written exactly as they should appear on the proposal.
