Sales agent

Follow-up on time, with you deciding how much the agent may do.

The agent keeps the conversation with your leads moving. How much it may do is a single dial with three positions, and a new workspace starts on the middle one: the agent writes, a person approves. The system remembers, orders and prepares the ground. Whoever reads the objection and gives the final word is a person. Changing the dial and connecting AI is admin work; approving a draft, any member of the team can do.

  • off: nothing is written or sent. Triage keeps running, so leads are still scored, assigned and verified.
  • copilot: every message waits in a queue until a person approves or discards it. Nothing leaves on its own.
  • autopilot: the agent sends by itself, up to 25 messages per round. Whatever passes that cap waits for approval, exactly as in copilot.

Cadence

The cadence runs once a day, on weekdays. A lead is due when the last touch is older than the interval you set (1 to 30 days, 3 by default), counting from the capture while there is no touch yet. It retires for good at the touch limit (1 to 10 touches, 3 by default). A reply, a booked meeting, a bounce or a manual discard stops the cadence immediately, and so does converting the lead. The same daily round follows up on sent proposals: at most two nudges per proposal, and never after the proposal expired.

The first reply

Instant reply is opt-in and starts off. Turned on, a captured lead hears back minutes later, and the message quotes the question the lead brought instead of a generic opener. It counts as touch one of the cadence and obeys the same dial: in copilot it becomes a draft, in autopilot it goes out.

Drafting your replies

When a lead answers, the agent drafts the reply for you, right on the leads screen. You edit and send: the message goes out in your name, replies come back to you, and it never counts against the cadence. A stopped cadence stays stopped, because conversation is human ground.

Your own AI key

By default the agent writes with the house templates. Connect your own Anthropic API key and the AI rewrites each message from the facts you registered, your pitch and your offerings, without inventing a price, a deadline or a capability. The key is stored encrypted, is never shown again and never reaches a log. If the AI fails or answers badly, the template goes out in its place. Disconnect whenever you want.

The pitch does not have to be written by hand either. One click reads your most recent accepted proposals and suggests a pitch and an offerings list, taken from what a client already said yes to. It is a suggestion: the fields are filled only when empty, and nothing is saved until you review and save.

What you can measure

The agent page shows what actually happened, derived from the record: leads triaged, touches sent, replies, meetings booked, opens and clicks, drafts waiting for approval, and the average time from capture to first touch. Nothing is estimated.
